  • I understand making it to rehab can be challenging, so I aim to remove barriers by offering in-home rehab services. I will come to you within a 20-mile radius of the clinic in Golden, Colorado.

$195 for Initial Evaluation

  • 1 hour assessment

    • Thorough discussion on

      • Health & Activity History – your background, past injuries, or anything that might impact your rehab.

      • Current Activity – what movement looks like for you right now, from activity participation to everyday routines.

    • Understanding of your current injury via movement assessment

    • 1 Month Rehab Plan provided via online app
