  • I understand that making it to rehab can be challenging, so I aim to remove barriers by offering in-home rehab services. I will come to you within a 20-mile radius of Golden, Colorado.

Prices

Initial Rehab Assessment: $175

Follow Up Rehab Appointment: $170-$160

Virtual Coaching: $250/6 weeks
